NEU Advanced Aesthetics Center operates this website. Our clinic is at The Penthouse, 29th Floor, Centuria Medical Makati, General Luna Street, Poblacion, Makati City 1210, NCR (Metro Manila), Philippines.
Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission.
What this website collects
This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not use contact forms.
The only data stored on your device is your language preference and your acknowledgement of the privacy notice, both held in your browser local storage. Neither is transmitted to us.
Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes.
When you contact us
If you contact us by WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, email, telephone, Instagram or Facebook, we receive the information you choose to send - which may include your name, contact details, medical history and photographs.
This information is used solely to assess your enquiry, plan treatment and provide aftercare. It is treated as confidential medical information.
Third-party services
Messaging services such as WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook Messenger process your messages under their own privacy policies.
The map on our contact page loads from Google only after you explicitly choose to load it.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required by Philippine law and professional practice standards. Enquiries that do not proceed to treatment are retained only as long as necessary to respond.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, to erase or block, to damages, and to data portability, along with the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
