NEU Advanced Aesthetics Center provides virtual consultation options for international patients, particularly those located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and the Middle East, where many patients initially communicate through WhatsApp, Viber or email prior to travelling to the Philippines for treatment.
The clinic occupies the Penthouse, 29th Floor of Centuria Medical Makati - a 28-storey building described as the country first medical mall. Cosmetic gynecology consultations are held on the 17th floor.
Procedures are performed in The Surgery Center, a DOH-accredited facility within the same building with nine operating suites, supported by board-certified anesthesiologists and nurses. Executive Recovery Suites are available for overnight stays after major procedures.
Plan your stay around the follow-up schedule rather than the surgery date alone. Most surgical procedures require stitches to be removed between day 7 and day 14, and that appointment has to happen in Manila.
